This policy explains how Pixelonic Media LLP ("Pixelonic", "we") collects and uses personal data through this website. Policy version 2026-10.

What we collect

• Details you submit in forms: name, company, email, phone and WhatsApp number, location, website, social handle, and what you tell us about your project and budget.
• Your consent choices and the time you made them.
• With your analytics consent: pages visited, how you arrived (for example campaign tags and ad click identifiers), and device type.
• A one-way hashed form of your IP address, used to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a proposal. This is the purpose you consent to when you submit a form.
• To understand which marketing channels bring enquiries, if you consented to analytics.
• To measure our own advertising on Meta and Google, if you consented to advertising cookies. When you do, a hashed version of your email and phone may be shared with these platforms to match conversions.
• To send occasional insights, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and operate this website and our tools (hosting, database, email delivery, messaging and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of your data. We do not sell personal data.

The website assistant

Our chat assistant is an AI system. Messages are processed by our AI provider to generate replies and are not used by us to build a profile of you. Please do not share sensitive information in chat.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then anonymised, unless we have an ongoing contract with you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to info@pixelonicmedia.com. We respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role with multi-factor authentication, and administrative actions are logged.

Changes

We will update the version number above when this policy changes and ask for consent again where required.
